Session Privacy

Virtual Court Kiosks are built to keep each user's session private. We do not collect data or save any information on our users. The entire system is wiped and reset between each user's session. Read more about our Privacy Policy.

How to Start a Session

There are a few ways to start a new session:

If someone was using the kiosk before you and forgot to end their session, end their session. To do this, follow the steps for How to End a Session. This will automatically launch a new session for you.

• After 20 minutes of inactivity, a new session will automatically start.

• If the Virtual Court Kiosk is asleep, move the mouse or press a key on the keyboard to wake it up. This will automatically start a new session.

How to End a Session

When you end your session, your activity and files will be cleared to protect your privacy.

1. Minimize and close all open windows, or click the kiosk desktop button n the lower left corner.

2. Click the red End Session button.
