If you are attending a virtual hearing or meeting, make sure your phone is on silent.
Virtual court navigators (VCNs) will be available by phone or live chat at the kiosk. They can help you fix issues that may come up with a virtual hearing or meeting. For example, a VCN can show you how to turn on your microphone or camera.
