Contacting a private attorney for Limited Scope Representation

If you do not qualify for free legal advice there is another option that can make contacting a lawyer more affordable, limited scope representation.

Limited scope representation is a way to hire a lawyer to handle some parts, but not all, of your case. In limited scope representation, you and the lawyer agree on which parts you will hire the lawyer to do, and which parts you will do on your own. You can hire a lawyer, through limited scope representation to only provide you with comprehensive legal advice.

This can help you better understand your rights and steps to take going forward.
