📅Making a Reservation

Reserve a Virtual Court Kiosk in advance

The Virtual Court Kiosk is provided as a public service and is free of charge.

You can reserve a Virtual Court Kiosk in advance to make sure you have a place to attend a virtual meeting or any other Virtual Court Kiosk function. You can reserve some Virtual Court Kiosks online. If a Virtual Court Kiosk is not reservable online, you can call the location to make a reservation. You can find the location's phone number on the map.

You can find a list of all our locations on our website. You can see our locations displayed on a map and in an alphabetical list. Filter by locations that have a printer or privacy to conduct a video meeting.

Note: If a Virtual Court Kiosk is not available to reserve online, you can always call to see if you can make a reservation

  1. Once you've clicked on the Reserve button, you can select the date, time, and duration of the reservation. If you are making the reservation on behalf of someone else, please enter their name and contact information so they receive any cancelation and reminder notifications.

  2. If you checked the box to get a reminder, you will get an email or text confirmation with the details of the reservation.

Before Your Reservation

  1. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your reservation.

  2. Bring all papers, court documents, and other materials you may need for your reservation. All kiosks provide a scanner. Some locations also have a printer.

  3. If you are attending a virtual hearing or meeting, make sure your phone is on silent.

Virtual court navigators (VCNs) will be available by phone or live chat at the kiosk. They can help you fix issues that may come up with a virtual hearing or meeting. For example, a VCN can show you how to turn on your microphone or camera.
